摘要
应用芪桃片对糖尿病大鼠治疗４周，结果发现，治疗后糖尿病大鼠坐骨神经传导速度明显改善，治疗８周后其超微结构得以改善，线粒体结构大致恢复正常。说明中药芪桃片具有与神经节苷脂类似的作用，能改善链脲佐菌素糖尿病大鼠的神经结构和功能。
Streptozotocin diabetic rats were treated with Qintao Tablet for 4 weeks.The results showed that after treatment the conduction velocity of sciatic nerve was increased,the abnormality ofnerve ultrastructure was lessened and the swollen mitochodria became normal.It is indicated thatthe tablet exerts a ganglioside一like action.
