摘要
研究了晶体中负离子配位多面体的结晶方位与晶体结晶形貌之间的关系。根据对溶液(水热、溶剂)中结构的测定,发现有与晶体中负离子配位体相同的结构基元存在,提出晶体生长基元为负离子配位多面体的生长模型。生长基元往界面上叠合是生长基元与晶体界面上负离子配位多面体的结合反应。文中列举了BaTiO_3,LBO和KTP晶体的结晶习性与形成机理。
The relations between the morphology and the orientations of the anion coordination polyhedra in the crystals are studied.From the determination of the solution structure under hydrothermal condition and in the solution growth,the structure of the solution units are found as the anion coordination polyhedra which are as the same as those in the crystals,and a model is put forward,in which the growth units are the anion coordina-tion polyhedra,The incorporation of the growth units on the growth interface can be regarded as the reaction of the anion coordination polyhedra with the structure units on the interface. The crystal habits and the formation mechanism of the crystals BaTiO_3,LBO and KTP are enumerated.
