摘要
玉米赤霉烯酮浸种(24 h)提高了玉米幼苗的抗寒性。在低温处理中,玉米赤霉烯酮浸种使玉米幼苗叶片的相对电导值较低,超氧化物歧化酶活性较高,游离脯氨酸含量升高,可溶蛋白含量较稳定。0.1 mg/L 浸种所产生的抗逆效果均优于0.01 mg/L。
Cold resistance of corn seedling was increased by ZEN treatment.When corn seed was soaked in ZEN solution for 24h,many changes had occurred such as lower relative conductivity,higher SOD activity,increase of free proline content and relative stable content of soluble protein.The effect of 0. 1mg/L ZEN is superior to that of 0.01mg/L ZEN.
