摘要
采用大功率 CO_2激光器对镀铬45钢进行激光表面强化处理,促进了 Cr 和 Fe 元素的相互扩散,使镀层与基体的结合强度提高,改善了表层的硬度梯度分布,在基体与镀层之间形成了厚度为0.4 mm 的相变硬化层,从而提高了表层的耐磨性。
The laser strengthening treatment is applied on Cr-plating steel No.45 by means of the big power laser.The diffusion between the elements Cr and Fe is accelerated after treating,the join strength between the coating and base body is in- creased.Also,the hardness on the surface is distributed more reasonably.The sur- face wear-resistance is improved by forming a harden layer with 0.4 mm thick be- tween the coating and base body.
