摘要
本工作研究了环烷酸铝/煤油体系的胶凝动力学。胶体网络的形成,前期为二维生长,后期发展到三维聚集。成胶过程的动力学数据可用自动催化反应的动力学模型来处理。在无水的情况下凝胶相当稳定,具热可逆性;加水后凝胶网络遭到破坏,体系粘度明显下降。该体系的上述热力学和动力学特性正符合作为油基压裂液使用的要求。
Gelation kinetics of the aluminium naphthenate/kerosene system has been studied.Ob- tained results show that the gel network is two-dimensional for the earlier stage and three- dimensional for the later stage of its formation.The kinetic data of gelation process can fit a kinetic model of self-catalyzed reactions and the observed activation energy of gela- tion is 21.3 kJ.mol^(-1).The gel formed is thermoreversible and rather stable under dry atmosphere,but the gel network will be destroyed and the viscosity of the system will decrease obviously in the presence of water.
