摘要
通过大量的实验研究,提出了水基密闭液的配方,考察了水基密闭液的性能及密闭液中的各组分对性能的影响,介绍了这种密闭液的现场应用情况。实践表明,这种水基密闭液对岩芯的密闭性能良好,具有成本低、使用方便、无毒的特点,可用于浅井和中深井密闭取芯。
The seal coring is an important means to gain geological information in oil fields.The oil-base sealing fluids commonly used in more than ten years show their intrinsic shortco- mings.A water-base sealing fluid is suggested in this paper.It is composed of PAM as thi- ckener,Sesbania Canabina seed powder as gelling agent,NDL-a mixture of vegetable oils, emulsifiers,and other ingredients,boric acid as cross-linker,and ammonium thiocyanate as tracer.The formulation of the sealing fluid is discussed comprehensively in relation to the effect of every its component on its behavior and service performance.The field usage of the water-base sealing fluid in two wells is described and is shown to be very successful. This fluid is low-cost and nontoxic,readily preparable and easy to handle.It is to be used in shallow and medium deep wells for coring.
