摘要 利用花粉管通道技术,以抗CMV小辣椒84—1及抗霜霉病的“苦瓜”、“津四”黄瓜为供体,“龙椒二号”甜椒及“长春密刺”黄瓜为受体,进行外源DNA直接导入,获得突变体,并得以遗传. Which is a CMV-resistant pepper, Balasom pear and Cucumbe(Jinyan 4)which are resistant to downy midew were employed as donors. The exogenous DNA from the donors were directly introduced into sweet pepper“Iongjiao 2” and cucumber “changchun mici” respectively. A great range of variation were produced among the progenies of receptors. The characters of variation could be inheritated.
