摘要
本文对31例心功能不全病人及离体大鼠心脏缺血-再灌注模型上给予牛磺酸治疗后观察铜、锌超氧化物歧化酶(CuZnSOD)、脂质过氧化终产物丙二醛(MDA)水平的改变及其与心功能变化的关系,发现心功能不全患者SOD、MDA随心衰严重程度而增加,应用牛磺酸治疗2周后血SOD、MDA水平显著降低.研究表明,牛磺酸是正常机体的内原性抗氧化剂,具有清除自由基的作用,因此有可能作为防治心衰的辅助药物应用于临床.
In this experiment,we observed the relations between the changes of Cu Zn SOD, MDA and the heart function after the taurine treatment on 31 patients with heart fail-ure and those on exsomatized mouse heart ischemia reprefusion models. The result shows that the level of SOD,MDA of the heart failure patients increased obviously according. to the severity degree of the heart decay. However, after two weeks'taurine treatment, the level of SOD and MDA showed a distinct decrease. After infusing taurine into heart degradation mice with ischemia and high MDA and LPO levels,the heart function is improved,MDA and LPO levels decreased sharply. These results illustrate that taurine is an endogenous anti-oxident to a normal organism,having the function of free-radical scavenge. So taurine can be used as an auxiliary medicine in clinic to prevent and treat the heart failure.
