摘要
检查100名学员,用配对t检验法分析粘贴法与挤压法在鼻、颏、额部检出蠕形螨均数差异的显著性,结果两者差异非常显著(P<0.01).这表明粘贴法优于挤压法;用Q检验法比较了额、鼻、颏部蠕形螨两两均数,结果显示,单位面积的蠕形螨感染度以鼻部最多,依次为颏,额.差异非常显著(P<0.01),粘贴法在部位的密度分析中更为敏感.
One hundred students were examinated with the paired f-test to analyse the differences of vermiform mite means,using the adhesive and hand suppressing methods on the nose,chin and forehead. The results showed that the differences between two methods were highly significant (P<0.01)and the adhesive method was better than the hand suppressing method. And also,the Q-test was used to compare the two groups of vermiform mite means on the nose,chin and forehead positions. The statistic results showed that the infection vermiform mite number ranging from the most to the fewest on the unit area is on the nose,chin and forehead sequently. And the differences among the three positions are very significant (P <0.01); the adhesive method is highly sensitive to the position density analysis of human vermiform mite.
