摘要
应用遗传毒理学的微核测试技术对大亚湾核电站运转前后周围环境中的动物进行了监测。结果表明,核电站的运行对距电站4.7公里的东山,没有产生遗传毒性的影响。
Abstract In situ monitorings of animal micronuclei in four different species in the surroundings of Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station were carried out before and after the operation ofthe power station during 1986~1994,and the results compared.This paper reports the fre-quencies of different micronucleated animal cells:mantle epithelial cells of Pteria martensii,Chalmys nobilis and peripherial erythrocytes of Therapon jarbua and Bu fo melanostictus,whichwere sampled in Dongshan,4.7 km from the power station. The studies show that the operation of the power station has exerted no genotoxic effects on the animals examined.
