摘要
1991年3-6月和1992年3-6月在南汇县东海水产养殖公司对罗氏沼虾育苗用水调配原则与不同基础水的调配方法进行试验研究。结果表明,育苗用水中Mg2+与Ca2+含量及Mg2+/Ca2+必须达到一定的范围,这是调配的基本原则。以鱼塘水作基础水时,需添加6种化学药品,其中Mm2+与Ca2+含量可适范围分别为300.0-440.0mg/L与170.0-244.0mg/L,Mg2+/Ca2+比值(R)为1.8-2.2;以深井水为基础水时,需添加10种药品,Mg2+与Ca2+可适范围分别为324.0-440.0mg/L和170.0-244.0mg/L,R值为1.8-2.0.研究表明,以河口水育苗最为经济,出苗率高,如其盐度或Mg2+与Ca2+含量及R值不在可适范围之内,可以淡水稀释或添加浓缩海水,并按鱼塘水Mg2+与Ca2+及R合适值作相应调配。
Mixed principles and methods with different basic water for rearing Iarva ofMarcrobrachium rotenbergii were studied from 1991 to 1992 in Donghai Farm ofNanhui County. The results were as follows: Using freshwater as the basic water in the fish pond for rearing the larva, sixchemical reagents (MgSO4, CaCl2, KCl, H3BO3, KBr, NaCl) must be added to thebasic water.Suitable contents of Mg2+ and Ca2+ in the mixed water were 300.0-440.0mg/L and 170.0-244.0mg/L respectively, and Mg2+/Ca2+ ratios (R) was 1.8-2.2 Using deep-well water as the basic water, the above 6 chemical reagents andNaH2PO4, ZnSO4, CuSO4, KI must be added to the basic water, the suitable contents ofMg2+ and Ca2+ in the mixed water were 324.0-440.0mg/L and 170.0-244.0 mg/Lrespectively at R of 1.8-2.0. The study showed rearing larva with alongshore estu-ary water was the most economic and yielded high survival rates.If the contentsof Mg2+, Ca2+ or Mg2+/Ca2+ were not in the above suitable ranges, the basic waterwas diluted with freshwater, or concentrated solution mixture of Mg2+ and Ca2+ atR of 1.8-2.0 were added to the fish pond water.
