摘要
目前，金相检验已被列入一些焊管标准或订货要求之内。本文根据生产经验及一些研究成果，提出了生产过程中金相检验的评价标准以及偏离该标准的各种调整、控制方法，对主要检查项目总结出直观实用的方形图，以便及时地在生产中控制有关参数，确保焊缝质量。
At present,metallographic examination has been listed in some welded pipe standards and order requirements.This paper introduces metallographic examination evaluation criteria and various adjustments and control methods of deflecting the criteria in the production. For the main examination items summarize out the visual and practical square chart so as to timely control the related parameters in operation and ensure the weld quality.
