摘要
研究了Nb—V—Ti微合金钢经不同焊接热循环后的组织和韧性。研究结果表明,Nb-V—Ti微合金钢母材组织为细小F+P,经1320℃、1320℃+1320℃热循环后组织为B十少量(P+F),经1320℃+780℃热循环后组织为B十少量(P+F)十少量M—A组元。经三种热循环后韧性有较大下降,以1320℃十780℃热循环后韧性最低。
In this paper microstructure and toughness of Nb-V-Ti microalloyed steel after different thermal cycle are studied.Research results indicate that microstructure of Nb-V-Ti microalloyed steel is fine F+P,microstructure is B+a little (P+F) after 1320℃ and 1320℃+1320℃ thermal cycle, microstructure is B+a little(P+F) +a little M-A after 1320℃+780℃ thermal cycle. Toughness decreases in a great deal after thethree kinds thermal cycle.Toughness is the lowest after 1320℃+780℃ thermal cycle.
