摘要
将气冷涡轮叶栅中的冷气与主流在边界层中的掺混模型和在边界层外的掺混层中的掺混模型结合起来,建立了一个预估气冷涡轮叶栅效率的计算模型。根据该模型利用回转面叶栅无粘流场的计算结果和二维叶面边界层流动的计算结果来预估气冷涡轮叶栅的效率。该算法为气冷涡轮叶栅的优化气动设计提供了一个计算手段。
A calculation model for predicting the e fficiency of air cooled turbine cascades is proposed by the combination of the m ixing model for coolant and mainstream i n boundary layers and the mixing model i n the mixing layers outside of the bound ary layers.This calculation model assume s that total losses of the flow in an ai r cooled turbine cascade are equal to th e losses of the viscous flow in the boun dary layers along the blade surfaces plu s the ones originated by various mixing. On the basis of this model,mass,momentum and energy conservation laws are used t o develop a method for predicting the ef ficiency of air cooled turbine cascades if the calculated results of the invisci d flow in the cascades on arbitrary revo lution surfaces and the viscous flow in 2 D boundary layers along the blade surf aces have been obtained.The comparison o f the calculated results with the experi mental data not only verificates the rea sonableness and feasibility of this meth od,but also shows that it can provide a useful tool for optimization design of a ir cooled turbine cascades.
