邻硝基苯甲醛的间接电解合成研究 被引量:6

摘要 对硫酸钴(Ⅲ)电化学制备以及用其作氧化媒质合成邻硝基苯甲醛进行了研究。结果表明,在11℃、以银离子作催化剂,用Pbo_2/Pb作阳极,在含0.45MCOSO_4的5.3M硫酸溶液中进行电解反应时,可获得较高的电流效率。在温度12℃,9.2M硫酸溶液中,使用过量70倍的邻硝基甲苯进行化学合成时,邻硝基苯甲醛的收率达74.5%。 he electrochemical preparation of cobaltic sulphate and chemical synthesis of o- nitroben-zaldehyde using cobaltic sulphate as oxidant have been studied.The results show that the highest current effi-ciency of the electrolytic reaction is obtained in a solution consisting of 0.45M CoSO_4 and 5.3M H_2SO_4 us-ing silver ions as the catalyst,PbO_2/Pb as the anode at 11℃. When the chemical reaction was carried outin the system of dispersing 7 0 times excess of o- nitrotoluene in a solution of cobaltic sulphate in 9. 3MH_2SO_4 at 12℃,the yield of o-nitrobenzaldehyde reached 7 4.5%.
