摘要 用不同碳链长度(C_4,C_8,C_(10),C_(12),C_(16)的嗅代正烷烃对甲基丙烯酸N,N′-二甲氨基乙酯(DMAEMA)进行季铵化,制得了相应的季铵盐(CnN^+),并用熔点和~1H-NMR鉴定了它们的纯度;通过与丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、苯乙烯(St)的无皂乳液共聚,制得了BA-St—C_(16)N^+三元共聚物乳液;织物涂敷试验表明,稀释乳液是一种良好的永久性抗静电剂。 A Series of monomers of quaternary ammonium salts were prepared through the reaction of Dimethyl amino ethyl methacrylate (DMAEMA) and n-alkyl bromide , and Characterized by 1H-NMR. A latex was synthesized by means of cationic ternary emulsion copolymerization of butyl acrylate , styrene and quaternary ammonium monomer without emulsifier. It was found that the cloths (made from PET or Nylon) treated with the latex obtained from above emulsifier-free copolymer had good permanent antistatic properties and washing fastness.
