摘要
以苯乙烯、丁二烯为单体,s-BuLi为引发剂,环己烷为溶剂,烷氧基硅烷为偶联剂,通过负离子聚合和偶合反应,再经化学处理而制得了具有星形嵌段结构的两个牌号丁苯透明抗冲树脂LyBDS-01,LyBDS-03。试验考察了聚合温度对反应速率的影响,单体配比、共聚物结构与树脂性能的关系。测试结果表明,LyBDS-03的伸长率约为LyBDS-01的10倍,冲击强度约大1倍,硬度小于LyBDS-01。两个牌号树脂的形态均呈两相结构,聚丁二烯部分微观结构相似,其含量分别为顺式-1,4约为23%,反式-1,4约为68%,乙烯基约为9%;LyBDS-01和LyBDS-03的分子量分散指数分别为1.32~1.45和1.49~1.78。
A star-type block copolymer,styrene butadiene transparent impact resin was prepared with styrene and butadiene as monomers,s-BuLi as initiator,alkoxyl silane as coupling agent and cyclohexane as solvent by anionic polymerization and coupling reaction, and then by chemical treatment.The relationships among copolymer,structure, monomer ratio and the properties of resin,and the effect of polymerization temperature on reaction rate were investigated.Two grades of product,LyBDS-01and LyBDS-03 were synthesized with different structures and monomer ratios,LyBDS-03 had greater elongation and impact strength and LyBDS-01 had greater hardness.The results showed that these two grades were two-phase structure, the microstructure in butadiene part were similar,the cis-1,4 content was about 23%, trans-1,4 content about 68% and vinyl content about 9%.The molecular weight distribution indexes of LyBDS-01 and LyBDS-03 were 1.32~1.45 and1.49~1.78 respectively.
