摘要
采用共混和共聚两种改性方法制备了不同聚硅氧烷含量的苯乙烯一丙烯酸丁酯(ST-BA)共聚乳液,测定了改性ST-BA乳液膜的表面性能、吸水率及力学性能,并用SEM对膜断面的形态结构进行了观察。结果表明:与共混改性相比,共聚改性ST-BA乳液膜具有互穿网络结构,从而明显抑制了聚硅氧烷向膜表面的迁移以及两相间的相分离过程,提高了改性ST-BA乳液膜的耐水性及耐污染性。共聚改性ST-BA乳液膜中聚硅氧烷含量在10%~15%,改性效果明显,而对力学性能无明显影响。
Siloxane modified styrene-butylacrylate(St-BA)copolymer latexes were prepared by blending and copolymerization respectively.The effects of modification methods and polyorganosiloxane contents were investigated on surface properties,water absorption, mechanical prope ties, as well as morphology of the latex films.The results indicated that in comparison with blending modification,the films of siloxane-styrene-butylacrylate copolymer latexes prepared by copolymerization modification had interpenetraing and interconnecting polymer networks, which inhibited the migration of polyorganosiloxane to the film surface,controlled the extent of phase separation in the films,and enhanced the water resistance and pollution resistance of the latex films.when the content of polyorgansiloxane copolymerized in the films was l0%~15%,there was an obvious modification effectiveness with no appreciable change in the mechanical properties.
