花生数量性状遗传差异及其在育种上的应用 被引量:6

摘要 对25个常用作亲本的国内外花生品种的7个性状进行了试验观察,运用多元统计方法进行数据分析。用主成份分析法选出8个综合性状好的品种,育种中可选做亲本。测定了反映数量性状遗传差异大小的遗传距离,用聚类分析法把25个品种按遗传距离大小分成7大类群。异类者视为“远缘”,在育种中以异类选配亲本,有利于发挥远缘杂交优势,可减少杂交育种工作的盲目性。 A multivariate statistical method was used to analyse the experimental results of 7 traits of 25 peanut cultivars from home and abroad 8 varieties with better multiple traitS were seleced by using principal component analysis method.These varieties can be used as parents in breeding.The genetic distance was estimated and the 25 varieties were divided into 7 clusters by the value of genetic distance. Different cluster is regarded as distant species. Selecting from distant spotes in breeding is beneficial to give play to distant species hetetosis and reduce blindness in breeding work.
