摘要
对植物受大气氟化物污染后,糖代谢及叶汁pH值的变化进行了分析。结果表明,还原糖含量上升,蔗糖含量及可溶性糖总量均下降,叶汁pH值下降;蔗糖含量及叶汁pH值下降幅度均与植物抗氟性有一定的负相关性,皆可作为植物抗氟性强弱的指标。
Analyses have been carried out on the changes of plants'sugar metabolism andpH value of leaf extract fluid after atmospheric fluoride pollution.The results show thatthe reducing sugar content is increased the sucrose and the soluble sugar content are de-creased,the pH value of leaf extract fluid is also decreased.The decreased percentage of su- crose content and pH value is negatively correlated to the resistance of plants to fluoride. They both can be used to be the index of evaluating plants’fluoride resistance.
