摘要
对入选的5个毛白杨优良无性系的生物量进行了系统研究。结果表明,毛白杨各器官生物量与D或D ̄2H有密切相关关系;生物量积累主要在干材,其分配规律为:6a生前,无性系间各器官生物量分配差异明显;6a生后,其分配趋势为干材>枝>根>干皮>叶;其中328,337,206,12,14号毛白杨无性系干材生物量比对照分别提高616.5%,514.1%,625.7%,357.4%,198.6%;采用相对生长法,对5个无性系各器官生物量增长建立了数学模型,相关系数达0.99以上。
The paper presents a systematic study on the fine clone biomass of the five se-lected populus. Research results show that there is a close interrelation between each organbiomass and D or D ̄2H. The biomass accumulation mainly occurs in the tree trunk ,its dis-tribution law is as follows,each organ varies significantly in biomass between clones within6 year old,While over six years old,its distribution trend as follows,tree trunk>Branch>tree root>bark>tree leaf,among which the tree trunk Clone biomass of populu No. 328,No. 337,No. 206,No. 12 and No. 14 respectively increases by 616.5%,514.1%,525.7%,357.4%. and 198.6% compered with the contrasted one. By relative growth method,amathematical model for biomass increase of all organs of the five clones is formed,with itscoefficient of correlation reaching over 0.999.
