摘要
通过腹腔注射士的宁将Wistar大鼠制成癫痫模型。手术暴露左侧迷走神经,用波宽3ms、频率100Hz、电压10V的组合参数进行电刺激时,全部实验动物的强直性发作立即得到控制、痫样放电立即消失、脑电图恢复正常。在实验研究的基础上,用病人可以耐受的较高电压在颈部在侧迷走神经体表投影区进行经皮电刺激治疗复杂部分性癫痫持续状态。同样可使发作得到控制、癫痫样放电消失、脑电图迅速恢复正常。提示经皮间接刺激迷走神经控制癫痫的可能性。
Epileptic model
of Wistar mouse was made by injecting strychnine into themouse's abdominal cavity. An
operation was made on the Wistar mouse to expose the leftvagus. The epileptic bursts of all
experimental mice can be controlled and epileptic dischargesdisappeared immediately by
directly stimulating left vagus through PFES-I pulse stimulator.The results indicated the
effectiveness of controlling epilepsy by stimulating vagus. On the base of aboved-mentioned
animal experiments epilepticform discharges of thesharp waves sharp-slow epilepticform
complexes spire waves and spike-slow wmplexes in onecase of patient with complex and
partial status epilepticus were restrained,his EEG returnednormal,and epileptic burst was
controlled also through stimulating left vagus over the skinindirectly, This proved the
possibility of curing status epilepticus by stimulating left vagusindirectly.
