摘要
对玉米浸出液、西红柿汁和大豆黄浆水等六种生物材料对双歧杆菌的促生长作用和其在上述物质培养基质中的生长性状加以比较研究，结果表明，玉米浸出液、西红柿汁等四种生物材料的促生长作用显著。
The ability of six kinds of biological materials to promote growth of Bifidobacterium adolescentis(TW925)was tested by measuring the number of living bacteria. The supplements used include maize extract. tomato juice.Soybeen extract,etc.Its results expressed that the four kinds of biological material were effective to some extent.
