摘要
用IS-100型钾、钠、氯自动分析仪测定33例呼吸科病人的动脉血气标本血清钾值(K+A2)和常规静脉血标本血清钾值(K+V).结果表明:K+A:为3.67±0.88mmol/L(2.60~6.00mmol/L),K+V为4.25±1.05mmol/L(2.79~7.81mmol/L)。两者差异有高度显著性(P<0.01).两者相关系数为0.74,直线回归方程为K+V=0.85×xK+A2+1.14(mmol/L)。作动脉血气分析时,利用K+A2推算K+V,可较准确地判断有无血钾异常。
patients'synchronic serum potassium ion result of the arterial blood-gas sample(K+A2) and the routine venous sample (K+V) measured by IS 100 K+、Na+、Cl-analyzer show:K+A2 3.6±0.88 mmol/L(2.60 ̄6.00 mmol/L),K+V 4.25±1.05mmol/L(2.79 ̄7.81mmol/L),their difference significance test(t test),P<0.01.The coefficient of correlation(r) is 0.74.(P<0.01).The linear regression formula is K+V=0.85×K+A2+1.14(mmol/L).According to K+A2 and this formula,we may use the arterial blood-gas sample to evaluate the patients,venous potassium ion level.It is a way to reduce the patients,spending and pain.
