摘要
对8名青年健康志愿者采用随机双盲交叉给药法,分别给予安慰剂、安定5mg和安定10mg口服;于每次服药前后用自编电脑软件检测6项精神运动功能,同时进行受试者视觉模拟睡眠状态评分(VASS)。结果显示:符号数字匹配测验最敏感且稳定,其结果能反映安定血药浓度变化规律,并与简单反应时间、敲指测验、视觉运动测验和VASS评分结果均显著相关。

single oral doses of placebo,5mg diazepam, 10mgdiazepam in a randomized double- blind
crossover study, six psychomotor performance tasksweie simultaneously determined before
administration and during the 5 hours after drug ad-ministration (0.5,1,1.5,2,3,4, 5h),the six
tasks were: digit symbol substitution task(DSST),simple reaction time task(SRTT),finger tapping
performance task(FTPT) ,memo-ry scanning task(MST),digit comparison task(DCT),and
hand-eye coordination task(HECT), meantime the volunteer visual analog sedation
scales(VASS) was also investigat-ed. The results showed that the DSST was the most sensitive
and stable psychomotor per-formance assessment method to detect the diazepam’s CNS
effects. DSST decrements weresignificantly correlated with the changes in the scores of SRTT,
FTPT, HECT, and VASS.
