A ROLE OF POTASSIUM IODIDE IN CHELATE OF RENAL LEAD AND RENOVATION OF PROXIMALTUBULE EPITHELIAL CELLS

摘要 通过观察不同治疗组的肾组织铅浓度和肾小管上皮细胞线粒体损伤数,研究碘化钾(KI)对大鼠实验性铅性肾病的治疗作用。结果显示KI在驱出肾组织铅及线粒体修复作用方面均较二疏基T-酸钠(DMSA)为佳,差异有高度显著性(P<0.01)。 Treatment effect of experimental lead nephropathy was studied. Lead concentration ofkidney tissue and distorted mitochondria of proximaI tubule epithelial cells have been com-pared.Lead concentration of kidney tissue of the group to treat by KI was 262μ g/g.Thenumber of normal mitochondria was 44.5%.Lead concentration of kidnev tissue was315. 8μg/g in the group to treat by DMSA.The normal mitochondria was 19.75%(P<0.05).The results showed that KI was better than DMSA in chelating renal lead and im-prove distorted mitochondria of proximal tubule epithelial cells.
