胆道梗阻对肝脏影响的超声像与酶组织化学比较

摘要 对100例胆道梗阻病人和45只结扎胆总管的大鼠肝脏分别进行超声和酶组织化学变化观察,胆道梗阻3个月以上的病人超声像示3级(+++)回声,即肝内有密集强光点呈树枝状光带或光斑。结扎胆总管4周以上的大鼠肝区B超示密集光点,同时酶组织化学示:琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH),三磷酸腺苷酶(ATPase)活性由强阳性(+++)下降为可疑阳性(±),而酸性磷酸酶活性由阳性(+)上升为最强阳性(++++)。提示肝脏结构和功能受损;超声像与酶组织化学变化可以相互印证。
