摘要
从机电一体化的角度出发,分析了变频调速时异步电动机的工作状态和在电机设计中需考虑的特殊之点,提出了变频调速异步电动机电阻、漏抗等参数以及额定电压的设计方法,并推出了此时的气隙磁通密度的计算公式,实现了异步电动机和逆变器部件的最佳参数匹配.
Based on the ideas of mechatronics,the operation of an inverter-fed variable-frequencyinduction motor and some special considerations of the motor design are discussed.The for- mulae for calculating motor parameters such as resistance,reactance and rated voltage areproposed.A design strategy as well as the gap magnetic density for realizing an optimal mo- tor and inverter performance is suggested.
