摘要
针对传统机械零件分类编码系统存在的问题.在开发CJLBM-1零件分类编码系统时.采用了面向形状特征的、具有柔性的、分层次的描述方法.系统可根据各生产部门和生产环节对信息的不同需要描述零件的信息.既避免了信息描述的多义性.又避免了编码不必要的冗长.文章详细介绍了CJLBM-l系统二级形状码的设计思想、内容及编码原则.并给出了编码示例。
eing directed against the programs existing in the traditional classification code system of mechanical perts, the authors adopt the descriptive methods, which is oriented to shape features and have flexibility and divided levels,in the development of CJLBM- 1 classification code system. The system can deseribes the information of perts according to the different needs of information required by every production department and link,both the polysemy of information description and unnecessarily tedious code can be avoided. The article presents the design ideas, contents and coding principles of grade-two shape codes in CJBM- 1 system in detail .and gives some examples of codes as well.
