摘要
通过建立完整的数学模型,用计算机数字仿真的方法,对一种变速自行车多级飞轮齿形进行了研究,从所得结果对其进行了图形处理,证实此种齿形作为多速自行车用齿形的合理性和优越性,为其优良的传动性能提供了理论依据。用相似的方法可对其他滚子链传动链轮齿形的合理性和传动的性能进行分析。
This paper investigates the tooth profile of a kind of multistage sprocket bydigital simulation.Data results are expressed by figures. They show that the tooth profile isrational and excellent when using this kind of multistage sprockets. The similar technique canalso be used to study the rationality of the tooth profile of the roller chain drive and its driv-ing performance。
