摘要
水稻幼苗在逐渐降温环境中温度起伏过大(>±5~10℃)或造成热害与徒长,或减缓生长速率,均使淀粉酶活性降低,叶绿素生物合成受抑。昼夜温度交替变化无助于稻苗初期快速生长,温差过大反而导致发育缓慢以及叶绿素、含氮量、酶活性下降。适时适度降温是获得代谢活性与发根力强之幼苗的有效途径。
The rice seedlings were cultivated by a complete nutrient solution in a greenhouse to study the physiologic effects of temperature fluctuation on their development. The results showed that seedlings would become weak and thin, even injured, and the amylase activity and chlorophyll content dropped if the temperature fluctuation>± 5-10℃. It was unfavorable for optimal development of early seedlings while the temperature changed alternately between day and night. On the contrary if the temperature changed too much a weaker seedling in all respects including growth rate, rooting ability, enzyme activity, chlorophyll and nitrogen content would follow, it was an effective way to obtain the best seedlings when the temperature fell in time from high to low.
