摘要
本文建立了一种新的C-Mn钢奥氏体动态回复、动态再结晶热变形流变曲线模型,考察了动态再结晶特征应力、应变,例如σ_s、σ_p及ε_c同热变形工艺参数间的关系模型。依据Engle-Brewer理论,提出了预测Z参数激活能的表象公式,创立了一种运用最优化技术求解流变应力模型中应力指数、形变激活能等待定参数的新方法。
A computer model for simulating the hot deforming flow curves of C-Mn steel is developed. Mathemetical models of Characteristic stresses and strains of DRX,such asσp,σs andεc.are investigated.A phenomelogical formula to predict the active energy of the Zener-Holloman parameter is proposed based on the Engle-Brewer theory The optimizing technology is employed to resolve the stress index,active energy and undetermined constants from the flow curve model.
