摘要
建立了一种污布上蛋白质污垢含量的分析方法。研究了碱性蛋白酶Savinase与四种表面活性剂(LAS、AES、AEOg、TX—10)对蛋白质污垢、人工普通污垢及复合污垢的脱除性能。探讨了Savinase与表面活性剂在去污方面的配伍性及其原因。结果发现Savinase与AES、AEO9、TX—10配伍有协同增效去污作用,而与LAS配伍则有消减去污作用。
A method of measuring the protein soiled clothes was established. A newalkaline protease, Savinase, and four surfactants, including AES, AEO9, TX-10, LASare used in the study. Individual effect of each of them was tested on removing proteinsoil, standard soil, and the mixed soil of protein, carbon black, and oil etc., Thecooperating detergency of Savinase is enhanced with the first three surfactants, andreducecd with the last one.
