功能性矫治器矫治安氏Ⅱ类1分类错合儿童咀嚼肌肌电活动的初步探讨 被引量:5

摘要 通过功能性矫治器矫治安氏Ⅱ类1分类错合,对患者咀嚼肌肌电活动进行观察,以探讨矫形治疗过程中咀嚼肌功能活动的变化及其规律。结果显示,随着功能矫形治疗,颞肌后份肌电活动由亢进逐渐降低,嚼肌浅、深层、颞肌前份肌电活动由弱增强。表明功能性矫治器作用机理之一可能是通过下颌姿势位的改变,刺激了前伸肌群,抑制了后收肌群,使异常的肌肉功能型恢复到正常。 Abstract The purpose of the study was to investigate the masticatory muscle EMG changes of patients with Angle'a Class Ⅱ,division l, malocclusion with functional appliance therapy.Analyse the regularity of functional changes in masticatory muscle and the therapentic mechanism of functional regulator. The results were shown:There was tendency that the EMG activity of PT gradually decrease and the EMG activity of AT,SM,and DM gradually increaae during FR treatment.From this results authors can conclude the theraptic mechanism of functional appliance was to change the posture P to stimulate the activity of protractor muscles and to inhibit the activity of retractor muscle and then impove the oral musculature function.
