摘要
报道以天然可生物降解的明胶为载体材料,蓖麻油为油相,乳化法制备硫酸链霉素肺靶向明胶微球。微球的平均容积径为9.7μm,平均包封率为15.69%,经37℃RH75%放置3个月,其含量、外观形态与大小基本不变,热解活化能E=75.86kJ/mol.体外释药符合Higuchi方程的规律,t_(1/2)=8.6h,家兔体内分布微球浓集于肺。
This paper is reported the technologyof lung targeting gelatin microspheres of
streptomycinsulphate(SMS).The micropheres were prepared withnatural biodegradable gelatin
as the load material andcastor oil as the oil phase。The experimental condi-tions were
optimized,the meanVolume diameter ob-tained being 9.7μm and the mean rate of
encapsulation15.69%,The content,shape and size of the micro-spheres showed no remarkable
change after storage at37C RH 75%for 3 months.Activation energy of heatdecomposition
E=75.86kJ/mol.In vitro,the SMS re-lease rate was found to accord with Higuchi equationwith
t_1/2=8.6h.In vivo(rabbits)the gelatin micro-spheres were proved to be concentrated in the
lung。
