摘要
对经γ-射线诱变并利用棉花黄萎病菌培养滤液筛选获得的M110101010、M22010和M21010153个抗性细胞系及“珂字201”对照细胞系的几个生理生化指标的测定结果表明,在黄萎病菌培养滤液处理的7d内,抗性细胞系的可溶性蛋白质含量、过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶活性均为先低于后高于对照细胞系。3个抗性细胞系的单宁含量高于对照,棉酚含量低于对照。对M110101010的测定表明,苏氨酸、谷氨酸、胱氨酸的游离含量增加,缬氨酸、亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸和脯氨酸的游离含量降低。
Some biochemical indices of'M110101010,M22010 and M2101015'resistant cell lines were measured and analysed,treated with culture filtrate of V.dahliae.The soluble protein contents, peroxidase and polyphenol oxidase were lower earlier and higher later dur1ng the 7 days of observation in contrast with“coker 201”susceptive cell line.Treatment of“M110101010”with the filtrate also resulted in incresed free content of valine,leucine,phenylalanine and proline.The dannine contents of the three resistance cell lines were higher and gossypol contents were lower than“coker 201”at 2 days.The results might be a reference for the study of biochemical mechanism in resistance to cotton diseases.
