摘要
合成的棉属异源四倍体(亚洲棉×司笃克氏棉)新种质植株形态特性一致,主要农艺性状稳定,结铃正常。单铃重0.56~0.65g,衣分20.8%~21.6%,2.5%纤维跨距长度23mm左右,比强34.0~34.9g/tex,麦克隆值4.8~4.9。各世代每天经10h短日照处理后比自然光照条件下现蕾、开花提前7~10d,结铃性提高2~4倍,表明该种质对光照要求较迟钝,与陆地棉杂交易获得杂种,是一个新的种质材料。
The botanical and agronomic characteristics of a new allotetraploid synthesis from G.arboreum×G.stocksii were observed.All the measured characteristics were uniform and stable in different generations.The synthesis produced fertile progeny.The boll weight was 0.56~0.65 g and lint percent was 20.8~21.6 in the new alloteraploid. The 2.5% span length was 23.1~23.7mm,and fiber strength 34.0~34.9 g/tex,while the micronaire was 4.8~4.9.The budding and flowering.periods of the synthesis under treatment with 10 hours sunlight each day were 7~10 days earlier than under natural conditions.The synthesis treated with less sunlight increased the numbers of boll by 2~4 times.The result indicated that its respone to sunlight is not sensitive.The synthesis can cross with upland cotton very well.It was a new germplasm resource.
