摘要
由1,3─丁二烯/DMF和1─丁烯/DMF二元物系汽液平衡数据,修订了CH_2/DMF和C=C/DMF两对UNIFAc基团交互作用参数值,并以此关联了C_4─DMF物系的全部Wilson方程参数。经应用于丁二烯萃取精馏装置全流程模拟,证明所修订参数的准确度高,通用性强。
Based on the experimental vapor-liquid equilibrium data of 1,3-butadiene-DMF and 1-butene-DMF, the UNIFAC group interaction parameters for two pairs of group including CH_2/DWF and C=C/DMF are revised. On this basis, all parameters of Wilson equation for C_4-DMF system are correlat-ed. Larger range of applicabllity and higher accuracy of the parameters are proved by simulation re-sults for a butadiene plant.
