摘要
根据二氧化碳汽提合成尿素工艺流程,建立了能量分析的“黑箱模型”。在进行物料衡算时,采用Durisch简化模型,用Prausnitz提出的R─K修正方程和Wilson方程分别校正了汽液相的非理想性热力学行为。用BASIC语言编制了能平衡及有效能分析软件,得出了整个流程的能量平衡结果,并对其用能情况进行评价,提出改善用能的主要途径。
“black box”model is established for the exergy analysis according to the CO_2 stripping urea syn-thesis process. In the course of material balance the modified Durisch model is applied, and Redlich-Kwang epuation of state revised by Prausnitz and Wilson equation are respectively used to correct thenon-idealities of the system in gas phase and in liquid phase. By using BASIC language, a software ofenergy balance and exergy analysis is programmed, and the energy balance result of the whole processis gained, based on it, the condition of energy consumption is evaluated, and finally some ways to im-prove energy usage are proposed.
