摘要 研制了以氧化铝为主要组分的NCI301型球形催化剂。考察了反应温度、进样量对选择性及转化率的影响。实验室结果表明,使用NCI301,乙烯转化率为99.85%~99.95%,乙烯选择性为99.2%~99.3%。工厂应用时的转化率、选择性与实验室结果基本一致,且各工艺指标操作稳定。 The NC 1301 type spherical catalyst which main contained Al_2O_3 was studied and pro-duced,The influence of reaction temperature and flowrate on conversion rate and selectivity were ob-served.As the experimental results indicated,make use of NC1301 the conversion rate of ethonal was99.85%~99.95%,Selectivity of ethylene was 99.2%~99.3%。On the plants application,The conver-sion rate and selectivity were about same of experimental results and stable operation for all process tar-gets
