论述Ｐｅｔｅｒｓｏｎ反应的特点、机理、立体化学以及在有机合成中的应用。
The Peterson reaction, i. e. the reaction of an α-silyl carbanion with carbonyl compounds, is an important method for alkene synthesis. The Characteristics, mechanism, stereochemistry and applications of the Peterson reaction in organic synthesis are reviewed.
