摘要
建立了以硅胶薄层色谱法预分离,反相高效液相色谱法测定大气颗粒物中酞酸酯的分析方法。该方法分离效果好,操作简单,重复性好,回收率达90%以上。利用该方法分析济南市大气颗粒物中酞酸二丁酯和二异辛酯的污染浓度分别为457和595ng/m ̄3。
Phthalate Esters(PEs)in ambient air particulate were extracted and then preseparated using thin layer chromatography(TLC)and determined using high performance liquid chromatographywith UV detector. The results showed that the method is simple and efficient and the recovery of themethod was found to be higher than 90%.Dibutyl phthalate(DBP)and di(ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP)in ambient air particulate in Jinan were determined to be 457 and 595 ng/m ̄3,respectively.
