摘要
对可靠性维修性指标在研究中发现的问题，及指标在工程中落实遇到的问题，进行重点剖析。从分析人－机系统的四要素和质量特性的关系入手，提出综合分解指标的见解。
the author has made a special analysis of the problems discovered while researching on reliability and maintinabillity index mangement and implementing the index within enginering starting form analyzing the relation between the 4 factors of man -machine system and quality performances opinions of synthesization and de -composition of index have been put forward.
