摘要
提出一种单矩形板压电振子型超声驱动机构,通过设置凸起物并利用矩形板的二维弯曲振动实现了多轮同时转动,给出了设计方法,并经制作与试验,测试了样机的速度与功率比性能,验证了其作为微小型移动机器人平移驱动机械的可能性。
UItrasonic driving mechanism is present, which is produced by single plate piezoelectric vibrator;By use of two dimen;ional flexural vibration in rectangle plate and setting up dogs,many wheels can rotate in the same time, The ways in design are given,by developing and testing,its characteristics of speedand power ratio are measured.Its feasibility,which is used as driving mechanism which moves in line andused in moving minirobot。
