摘要
应用先进的气体氮碳共渗技术,对15钢、45钢等碳素钢进行“三气体两段制”气体氮碳共渗。结果表明,用580℃作共渗温度,仅用3.5h即可使15钢和45钢获得35~60μm厚的化合物层,可使15钢获得1.25~1.50mm和45钢获得1.00~1.25mm的全扩散层深度。达到了令人意想不到的效果。
In this paper, the carbon steels containing 0. 15%, 0. 45% carbon had been treated by an advanced carbonitriding process, named 'three-gases and two-steps process'. The results showed that thick carbonitrided case consisted of a compound layer of 35 ̄60μm (on two steels) and a diffusion layer of 1. 25 ̄1. 50mm (on 0. 15%C steel) or 1. 00 ̄ 1. 25mm (on 0. 45%C steel) could be got after treated at 580℃ and kept 3. 5 hours only. The effect is very good and beyond expectation.
