摘要
用压铸法制各Al2O3f/Al-Si复合材料,并使纤维分布呈统计二维择优取向,研究了该复合材料的“磨损量-时间”关系和磨损机制。结果表明,Al2O3短纤维垂直和平行于摩擦表面时,在“磨损量-时间”关系上没有显著差异,但”两者的纤维损伤和脱落过程有所不同。借助SEM对这一过程进行了观察并建立了相应的模型。
Al2O3f/AI-St composites were produced by squeeze casting with fibre orientated in a planar-random arrangement.The relationship between wear volume and sliding time, and the wear mechanism of the alumina fibre reinforced Al-Si eutectic alloy have been investigated.The results indicate that there is no remarkable influence on the relation between wear volume and sliding time in spite of the fibres are normal or parallel to wearing surfaces in lubricating conditions, but there has been observed much difference among the wear procedures. Discusion was also made on the wear behaviour and the wear mechanism of the composites by SEM; and an illustrating mode was suggested
