摘要
以金属板料拉深成形时凸模圆角处和凸缘区金属的变形为基础,提出了一个确定板料成形时极限拉深系数的判据。该判据可用于定量研究材质和成形工艺参数对极限拉深系数mk值的影响。并且,在金属板料拉深成形时凸模圆角处金属的变形分析的基础上,应用本文判据导出了平底杯型件拉深时极限拉深系数的计算式。同时,从计算结果的分析中,进一步阐明了板料拉深时合理工艺参数的选择依据。试验结果表明:该判据确定的极限拉深系数mk值准确,且其适用性强。
A new criterion for determination of the limit drawing ratio of the deep-drawing is proposed, in accordance with deformation of the collar flange and deformati on of the billet near the radius of punch. This criterion can be used to study the quantative influence of the properties of working materials and the technological parameters on the limit drawing ratio (m_k).Moreover, the formula of the limit drawing ratio has been de ri ved for the deep-drawing of the cylindrical cup with flat-nosed punch, on the basis of the analysis of deformation of the billet near the radius of punch. In terms of the calculated results,the optimum values of technological parameters during the deep-drawign are calculaled. The experimental results show that the calculated value (m_k) of the limit drawing ratio is credible and the suitability of this criterion proposed is very well.
