摘要
从唯象力学出发,分析推导了金属复合板单向拉伸的塑性失稳条件,证明了复合板塑性失稳点特性值在组分材料失稳点特性值之间随复合比单调变化,并给出了复合板塑性失稳点的近似公式。利用该公式,可以根据组分材料的均匀伸长率和抗拉强度来预测复合板的相应性能参数,为新型复合板的设计和应用提供了依据。
The Plastic instability of laminated sheet metal when stretched is analyzed from the view of phenomenal mechanics. It is proved that the characteristic values of laminate at the instable Point on hardening curve change monotonously with compound ratio between those of two components. The approximate formulas to determine the instable point of laminate have been given by which the uniform elongation and tensile strength of laminate can be predicted from corresponding Parameters of two components. So the basis is Provided fo design and apply a new laminate.
