摘要
电磁轴承结构多数的正确设计是保证其承载能力要求和运行稳定可靠的前提。本文以结构参数为变量,在考虑磁阻和温升条件下给出基本方程式,以体积最小为优化目标,采用SWPT法进行优化设计。在计算中比较了漏磁对优化结果的影响。所得结论对电磁轴承结构设计有实际指导意义。
Properly defining structure parameters is a prerequisite for guaranteeing the load capacity and opera-tion reliability of magnetic bearings.Taking structure parametrers as variables and considering the influence of magnetic resistance and temperature rise,basic equations are given in this paper.Minimum volume is tak-en as the optimization objective.SWIFT approach is adopted in optimum design.The effect of magnetic leak-age on the results has been compared in calculation.Conclusions presented can be applied to the practical structure deisgn of magnetic bearings.
