摘要
利用光纤弯曲特性和光热介质折射率随温度变化特性,研制了一种光纤温度计。弯曲光纤外光热介质折射率随温度的变化导致光纤内传输光强的改变,通过测量光强可以得知温度。测量结果在一定范围内具有很好的线性,灵敏度达0.1℃。
A fiber-optical thermometer presented in ths paper The thermometer utilizes a bent op-tical fiber,which is steeped in a liquid. Selecting the curvature radius of the optical fiber and the liquid medium,the temperature can be a linear function of transmited laser power,because of the refractive variation of the liquid medium with temperature in the range of 5~85℃
